Brewing Recommendations

  • French Press: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coarse-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. For a more precise brew, use a ratio of 1:11 to 1:17. Heat water to 195-205°F, let steep for 4 minutes, and gently press down.
  • Espresso: Use 18-20 grams of finely ground coffee for a double shot. Aim for a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 for richness. Brew at 9 bars for 25-30 seconds.
  • Pour-Over: Use 1-2 tablespoons of medium-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water, or a 1:16 to 1:18 ratio for precision. Bloom for 30 seconds before continuing the pour.
  • Drip Coffee: Start with 2 tablespoons of medium-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Adjust according to your taste preference.
