We achieve this by working directly with farmers, focusing on ethical practices, and ensuring our products leave a positive mark on the environment. This means every bag you purchase helps in promoting ethical farming, fair wages, and environmentally sound agricultural practices.
We also plant a tree for every bag of coffee sold—reinvesting in the Earth and supporting our planet's health. In addition, our partnerships with LGBTQ+ organizations are central to our mission to uplift and support marginalized communities.

We’ve expanded beyond coffee to include a selection of sustainably made personal care items like soaps and shampoos—crafted with natural ingredients, free from palm oil, and always mindful of environmental health.

Community Impact
We’re not just about coffee—we’re about community. With every bag of coffee sold, we contribute $0.25 to The Trevor Project, helping support LGBTQ+ youth in need. And, of course, we plant a tree for every bag sold to help restore our forests and contribute to global reforestation efforts. We aim to create a community where we all share in the effort to live sustainably.

About Me
Hi, I'm Charlie, the founder of EarthRoast Coffee. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, my passion for coffee, commitment to sustainability, urgency about climate change, and dedication to providing ethical workspaces inspired me to start this journey. I've always loved coffee, but when I learned about the negative effects of mass coffee production—such as deforestation, low wages for farmers, and habitat loss—I decided I needed to make a difference. Thus, EarthRoast Coffee was born. Starting this company hasn't been easy, but overcoming these challenges has been incredibly rewarding. We believe in ethically sourcing the finest organic coffee and giving back to the planet. For every bag sold, we plant a tree, ensuring our love for coffee makes a positive impact on the environment. Additionally, we partner with LGBTQ+ organizations to support and uplift our community.
Recently, we expanded EarthRoast Coffee to include our Sustainable Living line, featuring personal care items like soaps and shampoos. This addition came after I learned how harmful the mass production of personal care products can be—using excessive amounts of water, harmful chemicals, and unsustainable ingredients like palm oil. In fact, mass-produced soaps and shampoos that use palm oil contribute to extensive deforestation, with countless trees cut down to meet production demands (you can read more here: The Environmental and Health Impact of Mass-Produced Soaps and Shampoos). Our Sustainable Living line offers an alternative—products that are all-natural, palm oil-free, and made with sustainability in mind. We are committed to providing our customers with options that align with our mission to live more sustainably.
