This medium roast offers a harmonious blend of bright orange zest, deep black cherry, and rich fudge notes. Perfect for those who appreciate a balanced and flavorful cup, the Guatemala Single Origin is an ideal choice for any time of day, delivering a refreshing and satisfying coffee experience.


Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee.

Brewing Recommendations

  • French Press: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coarse-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. For a more precise brew, use a ratio of 1:11 to 1:17 (1 gram of coffee per 11 to 17 grams of water). Heat water to 195-205°F. Stir the coffee grounds gently after adding the water, place the plunger lid on top without pressing it down, and let steep for 4 minutes. Slowly press the plunger down evenly to separate the grounds from the brew.
  • Espresso: Use 18-20 grams of finely ground coffee for a double shot. Brew with a ratio between 1:2 and 1:3 for a rich shot or 1:4 for a lungo. Ensure pressure is at 9 bars and brew time is around 25-30 seconds.
  • Pour-Over: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of medium-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Alternatively, use a ratio of 1:16 to 1:18 (1 gram of coffee per 16-18 grams of water) for better precision. Allow coffee to bloom for 30 seconds before continuing the pour.
  • Drip Coffee: Use 2 tablespoons of medium-ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. This is the standard ratio for most home drip machines. Adjust to taste depending on strength preference.
